Rates

We have a flat rate of EUR 6,95 for postage within the Netherlands and Belgium. For postage to countries within the EU we charge EUR 9,95 for zone 1 ( Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) and EUR 12,95 for all other EU countries. For postage outside of the EU the flat rate is EUR 24,95. 

*Unfortunately we do not ship to the US at the moment.

Free delivery

All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium over EUR 75 qualify for free standard postage. All orders within the EU over EUR 150 qualify for free standard postage and outside of the EU all orders over EUR 200 qualify for free standard postage. As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a notification by email with information on the shipment of your order and tracking number (if applicable) to easily track your items. We will ship your order within one working day.

Delivery time

If you placed your order before 15:00 hours on a working day (Monday to Friday) your order will be shipped the same day. 

Import fees

Postage to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs and import fees. The recipient of the package is responsible for these fees. These fees are not included in the prices or shipping fees mentioned on our website. If you refuse delivery of an order from Mirle and Tess you will still be liable for these fees as well as the costs incurred for returning the package to Mirle and Tess.
